We collect the least we can, we use it for what we said we would, and you can have it removed by asking.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site, we hold what you typed: your name, your email address, your company website, and your answers to the Perception Gap questions. If you book a call, our scheduling provider holds the details of that booking. Nothing else is collected about you by name.
How we use it
To send you the result you asked for, to write to you about how buyers decide roughly once a month, and to prepare for a conversation if we are going to have one. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to anything you did not choose.
Our email is sent through a third-party provider that records whether a message was delivered and opened. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and using it removes you from all of it, not some of it.
Analytics
We count visits to understand which pages are useful. Our analytics provider does not set advertising cookies or build a profile of you across other sites, which is why this site has no cookie banner asking for your consent.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it, usually the same week. You do not have to give a reason.
